Cyndi has exclusively specialized in business valuation since 2009, performing a wide variety of assignments for closely-held businesses and ownership interests. Her business valuation services and expertise have been rendered for a variety of purposes including, estate and gift tax matters, Employee Stock Ownership Plans, succession planning, M&A, economic damages, and marital dissolution.
Cyndi has performed hundreds of business valuations ranging from pre-revenue start-up to $1B revenue pre-IPO companies, across a wide range of industries including: Agribusiness, Automotive, Banking, Construction, Dealers, Distributorships, Energy Transmission and Infrastructure, Family Offices, Financial Services, Franchisees and Franchisors, Industrial, Insurance, Investments, Manufacturing, Medical, Online and Mobile Applications, Private Equity, Precision Machinery, Oil & Gas Professional Practices, Real Estate Holding, Resellers, Restaurants, Retail, Software, Staffing, Technology, Telecommunications, Utilities, Wholesale Distribution and various special niche industries.
Cyndi has been named as an expert witness in state court in New Hampshire, Illinois, and Texas. In addition, she has provided expert testimony before a federal arbitration panel, deposition testimony, and as a financial consultant in mediation. Her experience includes expert opinions for claims of wrongful termination (contract and employment), construction contract disputes, tortious interference, shareholder disputes, shareholder dissent, buy-sell agreements, probate disputes, and marital dissolution. She has also served as a mutually-agreed upon expert and assisted in collaborative and cooperative divorce matters.
Cyndi is the former Chairman of the Business Valuation Committee for the New Hampshire Society of CPAs, served as Treasurer for various organizations, and was named 2015 Top Forty under 40 by the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts.
