Rimas joined ComStock Advisors in 2015. As a Manager, he assists in private company valuations for ESOPs and acquisitions through the use of spreadsheet based financial analysis, financial modeling, and preparation of narrative reports. In this role he is also involved in identifying and researching merger and acquisition transaction activity, analyzing operating and market performance of publicly traded companies, and producing economic and industry reports.
Rimas graduated magna cum laude from DePaul University, where he majored in Finance.
