Katie is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with additional designations as Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) and Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF).  She has performed business valuations for a diverse client base ranging from early-stage ventures to multi-million dollar enterprises.  She has collaborated with business owners to determine the value of their companies for a multitude of reasons including employee stock ownership plan implementation and updates, succession and exit planning, mergers and acquisitions, corporate planning, gift and estate tax, and martial dissolution.

She is based in St. Louis, Missouri and received her bachelor’s degree in accounting from Southeast Missouri State University. She is a member of the ESOP Association and has previously spoken on valuation topics at events hosted by the American Society of CPAs.
